Dig Deep in the Cold

Today it's -19 degrees and there is no way I plan to go outside for a run. The alternative will be yoga, and that's what I plan to do.



When factors outside your control make it more difficult to do what it is you are supposed to do, then you need to have a list of acceptable back up plan. Here is my top 10 list of alternatives to a run:

  1. yoga

  2. weights lifting

  3. meditation

  4. next race plans

  5. dance

  6. deep cleaning

  7. website maintenance

  8. paint a room

  9. bake

  10. craft
