I've had it tough. Well, perhaps not as tough for some people, but certainly a difficult journey for me.
And that's true for everyone. We ALL have our stories and difficulties in life. For me it is the loss of my husband to cancer after 27 years.
But whatever your story, there are ways to find it within to become the best version of yourself through exercise and a fitness attitude. Notice I'm not suggesting you enter a marathon or weight lifting challenge, but to do what you can do in your own fitness realm.
Life is difficult, indeed! But what's important is you take a step in any direction - forward, backwards, sideways, up, or down - any which way you choose and you'll be on your way to a healthy, fit self!
